This Refund Policy explains how trials, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for ActSafe.
1. Free Trial
If you want to try ActSafe before subscribing, you can use the free trial version for 2 weeks. We encourage you to use that trial period to confirm that ActSafe fits your needs before starting a paid subscription.
2. No Refunds For Purchased Billing Periods
Once a paid subscription has been purchased, the current billing period is non-refundable. If you subscribe for a month, that month is considered already purchased and we do not issue a refund for it.
3. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not refund the subscription period that has already been paid for.
4. Future Access After Cancellation
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. After that, it will not renew unless you subscribe again.
